This is a simple check the gateway does against the time. The most common time condition we configure is an office hours and non-office hours setup. This condition will check the time and if its inside your operating hours, the gateway will forward the call to either your lines, or to the announcement if you decided to implement one as above. If its outside of operating hours, the call can then be forwarded to an alternate announcement or destination, while usually in this scenario we record an announcement informing the caller of the working hours.
These are recordings we make that can be played to incoming calls. For an example of this you can give us a call and hear “Thank you for calling BrothersIT, we do IT better”.
If you would like any of your mobile or “out of office staff” to benefit from the cheaper call rates, or just simply not have to incur call costs on their personal mobile devices, we can program their cell phone numbers into the system. Then by simply “miss calling” the office number they will be called back. This can then either give them a dial tone, or ring like a normal incoming call.

We offer up to 4 additional destinations, that can be programmed in order of priority. These destinations can be:
- Cellphone numbers
- Other landline numbers
- Other VOIP numbers
- Other VOIP accounts
- Third party service provider answering service
Please bear in mind that standard billing for destinations that are outside of our VOIP network, such as cellphone rates when forwading to a cellphone are applicable.
